Home Stretch Class
Take your first step to unlock the secrets to home ownership by attending a Home Stretch workshop. Home Stretch is required to qualify for many affordable mortgage loans and down payment assistance programs.
Your host and lead instructor is Ron Williams with over 12 years of presenting informative and entertaining Home Stretch Classes. With his personal real estate and mortgage experience plus guest speakers that know their stuff, you'll find out what you need to know for successful home ownership.
Classes are $35 per person. Fee covers coffee and treats, your professional instructors, course materials, a manual, CD and a certificate of completion. All classes are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m with a lunch break. Certificates are given out at the end of class. Click on a date to sign-up!
